Polyester fiber is nowadays the biggest kind of chemical fiber. The polyester fabrics is not comfortable enough because of its hydrophobicity and low moisture regain performance. To optimize the polyester fabrics, to raise its moisture absorption and wicking performance is a must.

The moisture absorption and wicking polyester yarn has hydroscopicity and fast-dry capacity. First method is called “chemical modification” with adding hydrophilic finishing agent during the melting process. Second is called “physical modification” achieved by the fiber’s fine denier, hollow filament and specially shaped cross section.
